Right-click shortcut menus offer fast access to various file manipulation options, while user-friendly drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your personal computer in no time. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and extract files without difficulty as well.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your computer. The integrated drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly transfer files between your personal computer and the web hosting server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop computer and then drag it into your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your disk drive. Furthermore, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a new file or folder with only one click. All action buttons are handily placed above the file/folder list and you can modify your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to pack and uncompress all types of files. It works astonishingly fast - simply select the files you would like to pack and click the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you actually do not need any third-party tools in order to edit your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually appear on your site. Also, you will find an array of in-built file editors, which will give you absolute command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more competent users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced individuals.
