Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward e-mails from one mail account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your e-mail boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just specify the email account you want to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
