Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and guard your e-mail box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply select the email account you want to redirect mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
