Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you full control over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Also, you can forward mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the email box account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
